Feedback/Insight:
- Individualized feedback session
- Provide comprehensive insight of leadership style, behaviors, attitudes, preferences, and personal motivators
- Define the coaching goal (s) and action plan

| ACTION PLANNING |
Challenge & Support:
- Determine developmental areas
- Coach to encourage momentum and provide resources
Action Plan (Contracting):
- Decide on action plan to be approved by sponsor
- Measurable outcomes that support identified business objectives.
- Action plan/contract is owned by the Coachee and developed in collaboration with the Coach.

Action-Reflection Coaching:
Progress Monitoring:
- Coach will assist the Coachee in updating the progress made toward the Action Plan outcomes
- Developed in collaboration between the Coach, Coachee and Sponsor.

| PEAK PERFORMANCE |
Disciplined Debrief:
Mutual review of the coaching engagement and established results.
Submission of the final update to the Action Plan.
Outcomes of action plan, recommended next steps, and ongoing support requirements from sponsor/stakeholders.
